Ability Consultancy is an award-winning education and training provider dedicated to challenging stigma around disability. We work to ensure society is fully accessible, inclusive, and disability-aware by delivering a wide range of Equality and Diversity education and training services.
Specialising in disability awareness through lived experiences and disability simulation equipment, we partner up with and work alongside a wide range of organisations to ensure their services and delivery are fully inclusive, meet the needs of everyone, and comply with the Equality Act 2010.
Online Training
CPD-accredited training, created by disabled professionals, for anyone ready to expand their knowledge, champion inclusivity, and help build a more accessible society.
Workshops
Hands-on, in-person group sessions where participants gain insight by experiencing some of the everyday challenges faced by disabled people.

Interactive training sessions, delivered by disabled people that offers a unique perspective for teachers, school staff, and students aged 8-16.
We're Not Like Other Training Providers
Our sessions are built on lived experience, giving you genuine insight into what life with a disability is really like. We haven’t just studied disability – we live it every day. Online or in-person, our unique training is:
